As summertime winds down, the days get a little cooler and time poolside or at the beach comes to an end. In other words, its fall festival time. No more sweltering temperatures as you rock out to your favorite bands. What better way to close out the summer than get to see so many great bands in one place over a weekend. Danny Wimmer Presents has put together the best end of September party one could ever have. Kicking things off on the weekend of September 14th and 15th is a brand new festival Hometown Rising. This country music and bourbon festival will be headlined by Tim McGraw and Luke Bryan. The following weekend is Bourbon & Beyond. Kicking off on Friday September 20th and ending on the 22nd, this perfect blend of bourbon, food and music will feature Foo Fighters, Robert Plant, and Zac Brown Band. Finally, for the first weekend of fall, the hard rocking festival Louder Than Life is back starting on Friday September 27th and Ending of the 29th. Headlining this extravaganza is Slipknot, Guns N’ Roses, and Disturbed. No matter the music you like, Danny Wimmer has put together an amazing weekend for you to end your summer. What makes this all even better is they are all in one location, the Highland Festival Grounds at KY Expo Center. There is no better way to enjoy the end of summer when things have cooled off than with your friends catching an amazing concert and making memories.
