Sterling Heights,Michigan(July 9,2022)-Halestorm has grown from a childhood dream of siblings Lzzy and Arejay Hale into one of the most celebrated rock bands of the last two decades. Halestorm’s music has surpassed a billion streams worldwide to date and continues as a staple on rock stations throughout the world. Called a “muscular, adventurous and especially relevant rock record” by Rolling StoneVicious, the predecessor of the recently released Back From The Dead, has earned the band their second Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance for the song “Uncomfortable.” Now with a headlining summer tour across the United States, Halestorm is ready to up the ante on their previous endeavors.

Friday, Halestorm ripped through the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill on the start of their 16 date trek in support of their fifth studio album Back From The Dead and Splice Magazine was on hand to photograph their opening night set. Joining the Grammy-winning band on their summer headling tour will be an all-female guest line-up that features The Pretty Reckless, The Warning and Lilith Czar(on select dates only.) Unfortunately due to a Covid issue within the band, The Pretty Reckless had to drop off the opening night of the tour in the Motor City.
