Danny Wimmer Presents Brings Welcome to Rockville to a New Location With a Hot Lineup
While most of the country is still in the midst of winter, before you know it spring will be here. With spring comes the one thing that every live music enthusiast loves, festival season. The king of festivals Danny Wimmer Presents has outdone themselves this year with the event that kicks everything off, Welcome To Rockville. While Welcome To Rockville has been held in Jacksonville Florida, this year, on the tenth anniversary, they decided to move things down the road a bit to the Daytona International Speedway. With this move, even more fans can attend, more hotels for everyone, and it will enhance everyone’s experience. Also, With the speedway having recently been upgraded it can only make things even better. When it comes to experiences, there is no bigger experience than Metallica. This year if you want to see the mighty Metallica in a festival, the only place you can see them is at a Danny Wimmer Presents festival. Instead of them flying in for one appearance then leaving, this year they will be headlining on two nights with two completely different sets. Headlining on the other night of the festival is fan favorite Disturbed. Another special treat will be Lynyrd Skynyrd’s performance. At Welcome To Rockville, this will be their last show in their North Florida home area. Welcome To Rockville will have three music stages, premium food and beverage selections and enhanced onsite experiences. Get your passes while you can so you don’t miss this amazing three day event.
