Pontiac, Michigan (November 30, 2018) -Tonight, 3oh!3 and Emo Nite with special guest lil Aaron took over the Crofoot in Pontiac, Michigan for The WANT House Party Tour, honoring the 10th year of the “WANT” album by 3oh!3.
The show began with Emo Nite bringing everyone back in time with music from the 90’s to the early 2000’s to now. They are not your normal trio music group, not DJ’s, and not a band. Emo Nite is Morgan Freed, Gabs Szabo, T.J. Petracca, and every person shares the love for emo rock music. Throughout the night they made multiple appearances on the stage and every time the stage was open to anyone, making it a party on the stage and in the crowd. They played anything and everything in the emo rock realm from artists like the Killers, to Panic! at the Disco, to My Chemical Romance, and the crowd adored all of it.
Soon later lil Aaron joined the stage performing with everyone singing some music of his own, and some by other artists like Blackbear. After his performance, the crowd was even more excited for whats to come than they were once they arrived.
Now came the time for 3oh!3. The music duo (pronounced 3-o-3) from Boulder, CO was founded in 2004 and consists of singers Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte. In 2007 they released their debut self titled album, and in 2008 they released their second album “WANT” that reached number seven on the Billboard Hot 100. During their set they played the “WANT” album including their biggest hits “DONTTRUSTME” “My First Kiss”, and “STARSTRUKK’’. By seeing the faces of every person in the crowd you can tell the night was a success, and unquestionably one of the best performances I have ever seen.
Overall, this wasn’t your typical concert. It was rather a group of people reminiscing on the past in the best way possible, and a night to remember.
