Sterling Heights, MI (July 27, 2018) – It was a warm summer night in Metro Detroit, Michigan and The Michigan Lottery Amphitheater is one of the best venues to come watch your favorite bands and enjoy the summer weather. While a little rain was in the area, that didn’t deter the huge crowd that came to see Coheed & Cambria, Taking Back Sunday and The Story So Far.
California natives, The Story So Far opened the night and played some of their well known hits including Empty Space, Heavy Gloom, and Quicksand.
After The Story So Far, Taking Back Sunday took the stage and sent the crowd in a frenzy playing songs from all of their albums including “Cute Without the “e” (Cut From The Team),” “A Decade Under The Influence,” “MakeDamnSure,” “Flicker, Fade,” and “Tidal Wave.”
Co-Headlining with Taking Back Sunday, Coheed & Cambria played last and immediately energized the crowd opening up with “The Dark Sentencer” from their upcoming album Vaxis – Act I: The Unheavenly Creatures and kept them rowdy playing singles like “A Favor House Atlantic,” “Here We Are Juggernaut,” and “Welcome Home.”
