Cut Copy’s U.S. Headline Tour Kicks Off Tonight in Dallas in Support of New Album, Haiku From Zero

Cut Copy will kick off a series of U.S. headline shows tonight at the Granada Theater in Dallas, Texas. To celebrate the start of the tour, Cut Copy shares the official video for “Black Rainbows,” a track from the Grammy-nominated foursome’s new album, Haiku From Zero. View the video HERE.

The spring run includes shows at Exit In in Nashville (April 2) and the Riviera Theatre in Chicago (April 5). The band will also perform at NYC’s Governors Ball, Upstream in Seattle and Electric Forest in Rothbury, MI. See below for itinerary. Tickets are available at http://cutcopy.net/tour/.

Produced by Ben Allen (Deerhunter, Animal Collective, Neon Indian), Haiku From Zero is Cut Copy’s first proper studio album in nearly four years and first for Astralwerks. It is the follow-up to 2013’s Free Your Mind. NPR Music hailed Haiku From Zero as “magnificently ambitious.” “Song by song, the album gathers more and more emotion,” said PitchforkUnder The Radar praised its “chill vibe and dancefloor-ready pop meditations” and AllMusic said, “the album is supremely confident…the songs hit like concentrated bursts of sunny, danceable pop.”
