Louder Than Life Announces cancellation

It is with a heavy heart that Splice-Magazine is passing on the announcement of the cancellation of the Louder Than Life Festival in Louisville, Kentucky. While this is certainly a heartbreaker, it is the right thing to do. The folks at Danny Wimmer Presents and their PR team assessed the situation there and placed the safety of the fans, the artists, and everyone of the crew that works there above all else. It is good to see that a promoter means what he says when he wants the fans to have a truly great experience, and part of that is being safe. While many of us will lose some money on this, at least we will wake up the next day and look forward to the next festival that Danny Wimmer Presents will be putting on.
